How did we attract and address our audience?

We conducted a questionnaire on many people who fit our target audience and some who do not. We did this so it would be a closer representation to the reality of the film. We used much of the information gained from this questionnaire especially in what type of things our target audience would like to see in a horror film of our subgenre.

Our audience are predominantly young males. This is why we made the protagonist a young male, this helps the audience to relate to the character. In horror film relating to the protagonist is very important as this helps the audience to feel for the character that we have created and emphasis the reactions of the audience much more.

To attract our audience we have used creative posters which really emphasis the themes of the film. They are very creepy and horror inspired to grab the attention of our audience.
